I've always been on a quest for meaning, and it has been my deepest desire to inspire others to live according to their wildest dreams.

I was blessed to live in a rural area where I took solace in nature, and began a life long passion for the outdoors. I've always loved the arts and spent much of my childhood drawing, painting, dancing, writing, acting and making music. Creativity was a natural expression that proved to be incredibly freeing.

I went to Miami of Ohio for undergrad, where I got a degree in Speech Communication / Public Relations, and further entertained my interests in health, fitness and motivation by teaching Spinning and Kickboxing. There I found the profound effects of believing in someone. It was amazing to see - and feel - the beauty that grew from within by encouraging others to believe in their loftiest goals.

Soon after school I moved to Chicago, where I met my husband. I worked a "normal" job for several years, but never quite felt like I was doing what I was put on this earth to do.

My husband and I spent several years in the San Francisco Bay, where I was first introduced to Reiki. My very first experience blew my socks off, and I was hooked. I remembered who I was. I remembered what I wanted from life. I knew I was a born healer, and I knew there would be no turning back.

When I got pregnant with my son, I knew it was time to step up to the plate and put myself out there to the world. I completed the training to become a Reiki Master/Teacher. I also had been studying Meditation techniques, and learned much from trusting my own intuitional guidance. Soon after I completed my Reiki Master/Teacher certification, my husband landed a job that brought us back to the Midwest.

It has been a tremendous blessing to be here in Cincinnati, and to work and live among such a thriving spiritual community. It is my hope to serve you by bringing more meaning to your life, to help you to find yourself - your path - and your true light within.
